PlantWash also places a protective buffer on the leaves of plants and shrubs.If a plant looks unhealthy or dies within 30 days of our treatment, call us. We will return, do everything we can to restore it, and if it does not recover, we will replace it using a licensed landscape vendor of our choice. This offer applies only when we are notified within 30 days of the treatment date.
What to Expect After Your Roof SoftWash. The softwash treatment kills all black algae stains and streaks at the root. Your roof may look noticeably cleaner right away, but in some cases the full results take time to show. Any remaining brown shadows or streaks are dead algae, they will wash away naturally with rain.Some moss and lichen may still be visible on the surface after treatment. This is normal and expected. They will turn gray or yellow, which confirms a 100% kill ratio. Sun, wind, and rain will remove the remaining growth over the next few months.You may notice a fresh, clean scent for 4 to 6 days after the wash, especially after light rain or morning dew.
