Josiah started HighShine in 2005 as a window cleaning company in the mountains of North Carolina. He built it the old-fashioned way: one job at a time, one referral at a time, one homeowner telling their neighbor that the work was done right.
Over the years, customers kept asking for more. Could he clean their siding? What about the roof? Could he recommend a painter? Instead of sending people elsewhere, Josiah said yes, learned the craft, earned the certifications, and built a team that could handle it all.
Today, HighShine provides soft washing, roof cleaning and restoration, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, painting, and staining for homes across the High Country. The company has grown, but the way Josiah runs it has not changed. Show up when you say you will. Treat every home like it is your own. Do the job right the first time.
